Utah Still Balking

With Utah legislators due to vote next month on a bill that would let state education laws override the federal No Child Left Behind Act, Republican Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. flew to Washington recently for meetings with President Bush and officials in the U.S. Department of Education. The two sides continued talking last week, with federal officials pressing to settle their differences before the April 20 special session.
