Rachael Delgado leads analytics efforts to understand and engage our readers and manages the research library which provides in-depth research support throughout the organization. Prior to joining Education Week, she was the Early College Coordinator for Washington, DC’s Bell Multicultural High School. She was also an elementary school teacher in a dual-language Spanish-English immersion program in the DC Public Schools.
Delgado earned her Doctorate of Education in teaching and learning policy at the University of Maryland, College Park. She holds a master’s degree in library science from the University of Maryland, College Park, a master’s degree in teaching from American University, and completed her undergraduate work at Brown University.
