David Hunt has been promoted to vice president for channel expansion and English-language programs at the Educational Testing Service, the Princeton, N.J.-based nonprofit testing and research company. Mr. Hunt, 45, was most recently the associate vice president for channel expansion, which involves the delivery of tests via the Internet, in the company’s higher education division.
