Iris Chen

Iris Chen has been named the president and chief executive officer of the New York City-based I Have a Dream Foundation, which provides tutoring and college financial assistance for students in low-income communities. Ms. Chen, 38, who is the executive director of Teach for America, also in New York, begins her new job June 1.
