Kenneth J. Starkman was chosen last month as the president-elect of the International Technology Education Association.
Mr. Starkman, 40, is the supervisor for K-12 technology and engineering for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Beginning April 5, he will serve one year as the president-elect of the Reston, Va.-based association. The following year, he will serve as its president.
