Scott Hartman combines 29 years of practice in the fields of education and human services with research, practical strategies and humor to promote/support Boys Town Education and its positive impact on children, families and communities. He has held positions as a classroom teacher, an education consultant, and has provided leadership and direction in residential programs, Boys Town National Training and Evaluation programs, including Program Audit, to ensure quality and fidelity of Boys Town’s model of care.
Courtney Dealy
Manager of National Training Manager of National Training, Boys Town
Courtney Dealy has worked in the field of education for over 21 years. She taught early childhood education, upper elementary, middle and high school students and currently works for Boys Town, training and consulting educators on how to create a positive learning environment that teaches students the social emotional and behavioral skills to be successful learners and humans. As a former teacher, foster parent, and in-home caregiver for children with disabilities, Courtney has extensive experience working with children who have behavioral challenges.
