In the United States K-12 system student enrollment is declining in many schools and districts. This trend has been particularly exacerbated by COVID and the state of evolving student enrollment, which is caused by many factors. Public schools and districts face a growing competitive environment as families have myriad choices in how and where their children are educated. Strategic Enrollment Management is the new framework of building a systemic approach through which K-12 institutions can create a positive enrollment trend to effectively foster a sustainable financial position and ultimately, student success.

In this webinar, you will hear from three superintendents as they discuss the student enrollment challenges they face and how they are addressing these challenges with short-term and long-term strategies. You will also learn the new science of Strategic Enrollment Management for K-12 and how institutional leaders can begin the process of creating a positive enrollment trend and improved financial stability through the implementation of these practices and systems.
