It can be hard for school officials to notice patterns in day-to-day problems and address their underlying causes. But when Sandi Robinson, the health room aide at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School in Menomonee Falls, Wis., noticed a sudden rise in playground injuries, she started thinking about ways to get to the bottom of the issue.
