The New York Life Foundation awarded a three-year $300,000 grant to Fundacion EDUCA, a nonprofit that focuses on strengthening community schools and improving K-12 education in Mexico.
Money from the grant will go towards training teachers and directors; establishing creative libraries in underperforming schools; improving EDUCA’s data gathering, financial tracking, and reporting; and helping schools with their organizational structure, financial stability, training programs, and educational quality.
