Al Gore to Host Virtual Town Hall on STEM

Former Vice President Al Gore, who is known for speaking out on environmental issues, plans to hold a “global online town hall” meeting on Nov. 17 to drum up greater interest among American students in science, technology, engineering, and math. The event will include inventor Dean Kamen and former astronaut Sally Ride.
